“It’s very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems.” — Thich Nhat Hanh

  1. Beautiful picture and very true. The pine needles and oak leaves are very soothing and relaxing. Something everyone should do.

  2. So true, so true!
It is amazing how many solutions appear when we just quiet our minds for a while.
The unending peace in the forest and the intoxicating scent of the pine needles is a perfect remedy for what ails you!
